So!
-ran 4 miles before work. it was muggy as fawk!
-ate pretty healthy today…
BREAKFAST was a whole wheat tortilla wrapped around a banana and pb; coffee/fatfree creamer
SNACK coffee!
LUNCH mediterranean salad, diet coke, bunch of smarties
SNACK kitkat bar :( green tea
DINNER 4 scallops grilled in evoo and lemon juice; butternut squash risotto; baby corns; pinot grigio; a slice of angel food cake with FRESH strawberries and fat free cool whip
