sunday.
this morning, i ran 5.35 miles in 50 minutes, stopping every 10 minutes to do three sets of 12-20 reps of a bunch of exercises… -triceps dips -chair lunges -pushups -hip bridges (???) -leg lifts and ended with abs and stretching. i thought i was going to throw up, it’s so humid, and the little fan in the non-air-conditioned gym didn’t provide sufficient cooldownery. it was great to get my workout out of the way. according to the treadmill, i burned something like 700 calories plus whatever else from the strength training. sick! afterward, i made homemade waffles. way to cancel out my hard work :) but it’s BRUNCH so i’ll just have supper at 6:00-ish and i’ll be in excellent shape for a sunday. this afternoon’s plans: -spa day at home—mani/pedi -some dvd-watching -paying my visa bill -calling my parents -taking some pictures -reading! -lovin’ with the boy
