i hate tuesdays, but today got off to a good start when peter brought me a grande starbucks house blend when i was getting ready for work. :) i love little things like that in the morning…it can set the tone for the whole day!
breakfast: source vanilla yogurt (fat free), banana, some special k sprinkled on top, coffee w/ fat free hazelnut creamer
snack: 100-calorie pack of chocolate covered pretzels; one tiny candy square and two m&m cookies (we had a bake sale in the office. holler)
lunch: harvey’s veggie burger, 100-calorie ritz, diet pepsi
workout: 7.5km run & stretching. felt AWESOME afterward :)
