breakfast: special k red berries w/ skim milk, coffee w/ soy milk & splenda snack: another coffee. homemade trail mix (almonds, peanuts, craisins and like 4 chocolate chips) lunch: pb sandwich on ww bread, banana, special k bar snack: apple, green tea supper: salad—baby spinach, blueberries, avocado, chicken breast, feta, lime vinaigrette. huge dish of rhubarb crisp. skinny cow chocolate icecream bar. a handful of dry cereal. *munchies* workout: weights & abs before breakfast; 6km run after supper. lotta food, but nothing *too* bad…could do with one dessert, not 2, after supper. but i’ll let it slide.
