brunch: coffee w/ nonfat milk & splenda; scrambled eggs (mostly whites; 1 yolk) with feta; fat-free source peach yogurt with some berries
snack: 3 pb cookies (made with splenda & light pb!!); coffee w/ fatfree hazelnut creamer
dinner (to be eaten): chicken parmesan (grilled skinless chicken breast, light parm cheese + light mozza cheese; tomato sauce); oven roasted baby potatoes w/ lots of spices and no sauce!
workout: abs; run 6.5K. in the pouring rain, i might add. thanks, mother nature, for being consistent and giving us some more crappy weather on our first long weekend of the summer.
