breakfast: 1 poached egg, a dish of fat free source peach yogurt

snack: coffee w/ soy milk and splenda x 2, 100-calorie granola bar, 6-7 green grapes

lunch: 2 mcdonald’s chicken fajitas, small diet coke, 100-calorie golden oreos

snack: coffee w/ soy milk and splenda (tired!!), 1/3 of a banana (it got squashed in my bag this morning and bruised to crap!)

dinner: stirfry with mixed veggies, lean grilled beef, tofu, and peanuts in peanut sauce (homemade), 1/2 cup white rice, 1 homemade muffin (thanks peter!)

i was right about the egg and the diet coke! look—a whole day without gorging and being gross—and i stayed away from the chocolate bar basket at work, too!

workout: run 6km; played basketball (21) with pete after work for half an hour, abs
