may 13. embarrassing disaster

breakfast: yogurt with banana, blueberries, and a bit of crushed special k & honey; coffee w/ FF creamer.

snack: apple; granola bar (100 cal)

lunch: lean cuisine; banana

snack (this is where shit fell apart…): kit kat bar. piece of cake. mini bag of chips with dip. coffee. hot chocolate

…i was stressed and crazy…

dinner: homemade sweet potato fries w/ ketchup and curry dip; grilled chicken breast; a few almonds

dessert-ish…bite of muffin

workout: walk to the mall to buy shoes. haha.

today was pretty miserable. it was stressful and i’m tired and needed a break. back on the wagon tomorrow. i’m not sure why my appetite is just RAVENOUS some days. i think i need more protein! i also used to drink a lot of diet coke and would feel bloated, aka full. maybe it’s the carbonation. anyway, i think i could use some carbonation in my life vs. food.

to get myself pumped for tomorrow, i’ll make up my menu in advance.

tomorrow’s breakfast: 1 poached egg and some yogurt; coffee

AM snack: almonds and an apple

lunch: soup; 100-calorie golden oreos

PM snack: diet coke; granola bar. probably another tea or coffee.

dinner: salad. baby spinach, grilled beef or chicken, some avocado, some balsamic vinegar. fruitĀ for dessert.

and no slacking on the AM run!! 6am, 4+miles, no excuses. AND abs. AND a noon-hour walk if I can swing it.
