breakfast: special k cinnamon pecan; coffee w/ fat free hazelnut creamer snack: i don’t remember…apple and granola bar? lunch: chicken tikka marsala; hot chocolate snack: banana? triscuits? i think both. dinner: salad—baby spinach, watermelon, balsamic vinaigrette, feta cheese + chicken breast; birthday caaaake workout: running 4 miles.
