breakfast: weight watchers wrap, peanut butter, banana, coffee w/ soy milk & sugar.
snack: 100 calorie pretzels, coffee w/ soy milk & sugar
lunch: spinach salad w/ roasted chicken, tomatoes, pine nuts; mini aero; diet coke
snack: apple, triscuits, a cookie, coffee w/ fat free hazelnut creamer
dinner: 2 mcdonald’s chicken fajitas; bottle of water snack: leeeetle slice of ice cream cakei eat all day…little bits, maybe, but it’s pretty frequent. also, i had a ton of coffee today. i’m sleepy.
workout: run 4.5 miles
