breakfast: special k cinnamon pecan w/ skim milk; coffee w/ fat free hazelnut creamer morning: 100 calorie pack of pretzels, coffee with skim milk & sugar lunch: weight watchers wrap with chicken and lowfat mozza; serving of triscuits thin crisps crackers; PB cookie work: 1 piece of birthday cake, 2 mini kit kats, 1 apple. :( so bad. supper: salad—baby spinach, almonds, avocado and lean grilled steak with balsamic vinegar; a bowl of fruit with brown sugar sprinkled on during the day: lots of water (7-8 glasses) this looks completely disgusting spelled out in black and white. i probably didn’t need cake AND kit kats AND a cookie. gotta change.
