June 5: five pounds lighter July 5: ten pounds lighter October 17: fifteen pounds lighter I’ll use tumblr for logging food and exercise every day…starting tomorrow, because I had a bunch of chips annnnnd a snickers today :o A last hurrah? Yesterday we got groceries and I got a bunch of healthy stuff: Special K, fat free yogurt, baby spinach, salad fixin’s, 100-calorie snacks, almonds, chicken breasts, wraps. I’m going to try to do things properly, healthily, and effectively. Running 5x/week, plus my kickboxing on Sundays and a minimum of two weight training days per week. I’d also like to start going for walks at noon when I can. Too bad Bayer’s Road is not the most appealing place for hoofing it. Wish me luck…I need willpower to stay away from the chocolate drawer at work. Huge time.
